direct deposit auto pay still not working after 3 attempts. Now locked out and missing the promised discount.

After three attempts verizon still says that I have incorrectly filled out the form. It gets accepted and then refused after about a week. Now Verizon will not let me speak to anyone to confirm the banking account number. Have spent hours on the phone. Called my bank and they say no attempt was made to remove funds on the days I get the emails. Now I can't reapply until November and I lose 40 dollars worth of discounts a month. Not my fault and they claim no one can help. This has got to be rigged in some way. Why wouldn't they give me the chance to check the numbers? Why would they freeze me from using direct deposit? I think we will have to take our 4 lines back to at&t.
