I have had Verizon for 17 years. Around 2 years ago, the dropped call issue started. It progressively got worse. Verizon sent a wi-fi booster and that helped a bit. However, not good if I want to walk around my yard and talk. I recently checked with my neighbors, and they are having issues too. Verizon has stated there is nothing else they can do. I live in Franklin, Wisconsin. This is obviously due to some changes in their towers.
With the issues continuing and Verizon not having any resolution - or attempting to resolve, I am feeling my only option is to switch carriers. Looking for anyones thoughts on this - or anything you may have done which helps. I have a iPhone XR and my husband has iPhone 13 pro. His is "slightly" better than mine in regards to dropping calls. However, both have issues. Thank you!
