I just spent a combine 3+ hours in 2 separate calls with Verizon to correct a billing issue on the Verizon side. It has been corrected however the agent told me that my account number is listed wrong. I went to try to fix this on my Bank of America Bill Pay however I cannot correct the account number as this number comes from Verizon in the eBill. I do NOT want to spend another minute on the phone to correct this. Verizon needs to provide a mechanism to securely submit this info so the customer does not have to spend another LONG LONG hold waiting for it to get fixed.
