how long should it take to process a trade in

everything i read online says 4-6 weeks. this is week 7. how long could it possibly take for my trade in credit to be applied to the bill?? you've had my x since 11/3/20....

11/06/2020 - Request Submitted

11/03/2020 - Device received. Expected device matches received device.

10/24/2020 - Verizon shipping Kit mailed to customer

10/16/2020 - Customer submitted Online

My personal opinion is 4 weeks or longer is absurd for them to acknowledge a return or anything should not take that long I have seen others mention on here same issue with longer wait time I would call and inquire

I have called and they tried to tell me February. That’s absolutely absurd and I’m wondering if he was mistaken so I decided to try this avenue.

We definitely want you to have the correct information when it comes to the trade in. When did you send in the trade?
