New iPhone . Tried to activate yesterday using the activate thru device instead of from iCloud. Getting the "waiting on activation, this may take some time"message. Followed the steps found on this site, no success. Currently on hold with Verizon Customer support using my old phone. My account online show this,
"Some of the devices are only manageable or ineligible to switch for various reason."
Yesterday I did switch plans before getting the phone. Maybe this is an issue!
