This should be a long post, but I will lose my audience so I will be brief.
For approx. 3-4 billing cycles my bill has the wrong numbers, (overcharged not under.) I have been a Verizon customer since 1999, (Loyal). I have been on hold multiple times totaling more than 4 hours. I have been disconnected, hung-up on. I have been given the incorrect information multiple times. My line was disconnected, I called to get it reconnected, was told no so I called back and got a different agent who reconnected me at no charge and several agents went off script. Still I have the wrong numbers on my bill. So I will call again; I will be put on hold, I might get the same answer from two different agents; either way I have lost confidence in the current way you are doing business. I don't want to shop around but because I want peace I am left with no other choice than to find another carrier. This does not appear to look brief.
