I have set my device nicknames and share name ID, however my device names are still showing up incorrectly in some places. For instance, on boxes for phone upgrades, in the automated chat when looking at info for individual lines, or on the manage device page below the phone number. How can I get this corrected?
Great question, if you are logged in as account owner you can edit the name showing under each line, you will need to access the line individually then select 'manage device' then you can edit the name on that specific line. Pam
