That depends on how you purchased the iPad. If you paid full price for it, with no subsidy or discounted price, yes you can cancel the line it is on. If you purchased it at a discount price, example, retail price $xxx.xx or $xxx.xx 24mo, if you chose the 24 month pricing, you will be charged an ETF based on how long is left of the v24 months. So, If you paid full retail price, yes, you can cancel it. If you went with the 24 month pricing, you will be charged an early termination fee.
