I wanted to file a complaint and I was sent here to this community. How weird, I never reported a complaint in this way. User experience in this process is fairly strange, hopefully it works to my satisfaction.
The live chat agent from the verizon.com website avoided answering my question. Not sure if he is intellectually handicapped or had malicious intentions. His ID is : *****
I want a manager talk to this guy and report back to me to let me know that his manager looked into the conversation with me and trained this agent properly.
It would be terrible for verizon if customers are have weird experience with live agent like I had with this agent (agent ID: *****)

I am desperate to go back to Tmobil. But I felt for a marketing trap so I am verizons prisioner until Feb 2023 ;(
