Why is the time stamp on the Verizon website for my calls and texts 3 hours ahead of when they actually came through?  Say I get a text at 2:00 PM- the time stamp on the usage for the website says it came in at 5:00 PM. Or I get a call at 3:00 PM,-the usage says it came through at 6:00 PM. Why is the time stamp not accurate for calls and texts on the usage feature through the Verizon website? ?

Hello, manmitch and your usage online isn't going to coincide with the time stamp via My Verizon based on the time zone you're in. Can you please confirm what time zone you're located in?
