How can I get a copy of the Device Payment Agreement for a phone that I have (1) totally paid off and (2) disconnected the number?
i need proof of purchase in order for Samsung to fix it.
I know the Contract #.
I cannot access it through My Verizon "Documents and Receipts" because it only shows information on currently connected phones.
The bill where it shows I paid off the phone does not make mention of the model of phone that I paid off. It only says "Equipment and Accessories," the contract months I paid off at once (example: 9-24), the contract number, and the amount of money I paid.
