I switched over my service and I can receive texts and make calls but can not receive them, I've tried to chat with Verizon and it's not working saying the system is down or something to that effect. tried to call can it directs me to the 'port my number' I enter my number and is says my number is not found and then directs me to call the number I just called...what do I do????    help.

Welcome to our wireless network. We want to make sure that you have reliable service. Did you receive a confirmation text message that advised you that the port process has completed? If so, have you powered your device off and on to refresh the connection of that device on our network?
