not receiving message from overseas

Not be able to receive conformational message from overseas to any of the Verizon phone. Reached out to the bank and they can see that it was sent, however never got here. Reached out to Verizon but they pointing back to the bank overseas. Catch 22.

You should stsate make and model of phone and what messaging app you are using.

I can see we assisted with this issue just the other day, userlch. The issue is not on our end or your line, it is on the sender's.
