i don't seem to understand... I paid a phone off and now I am being charged for another phone - that I do not have as it we could not get it set up on the phone and had to return it... this was a month ago and just yesterday this charge was not on this device.... what are you doing to my account Verizon!!! ??? this is the second time I have had to figure out why you keep charging my for a device that is paid for or I do not have!!
By the way this charge was NOT on my account 24 hours ago... when I paid off the other device????
