Who do I need to speak to about getting reimbursed for an overcharge? My last bill contained an overcharge. I called billing two weeks ago and was assured that it would be cleared up before my auto-payment. I called again on Tuesday Oct 12 when I still hadn't received confirmation of the bill credit and I was again assured that it would be cleared up and not included in my auto-payment. I received an email later that day saying the bill credit was pending. Well, today (Oct 15) was my auto-payment and despite your promises, I was charged the full amount.
This is why I hate auto-payments. We have no recourse when you guys mess up.
So, who do I need to speak to about fixing this mess?

How is that helpful? Did you not read my post here, or any of my previous private messages where I detailed the whole problem?
They respond to a lot of help here via private message so you can't expect them to know everyone's problem when you respond. Tell them the issue in the private note and wait for them respond is all you can do.
I did tell them the issue in the private message. Repeated everything I said here, plus more details.
After sending all that in the private messages, I have received two responses:
"Hello, I am here and ready to help, Tony. Can you tell me more about what is going on? -Amber"
"Thanks for your patience, how can we help today? -Rosie"
