My phone was working until 2 hours ago.  Now it is deactivated and there is no support to reactivate

What happens when you try to make a call, send a message, or use data? Do you have Prepaid or Postpaid service with us? Please share these additional details, thanks.

 

You are able to dial *611 from your mobile phone, to reach us directly. If using another phone, dial 800-922-0204 to reach us.
