I paid for overnight shipping for two iPhone pro max 256GB...going on two weeks ago. I received 2 iPhone 11 64GB. Packaging slip had different customer name and phone number. Here I am going on two weeks later without phones I ordered, no refund, no resolution, “waiting” on the warehouse to mark the two INCORRECT phones I sent back that they received a week ago. Not one representative assisting in any way.
