I ported three numbers from tmobile (BYOD) online so I could take advantage of the $250 per line port in rebate. Things seemingly went ok until I noticed one of my numbers that successfully ported wasn't showing in my verizon. Apparently, it was signed to a sub account--same main account number xxxxxxx-0001 vs xxxxxx-0002. What's the quickest way to get this resolved? Customer service wait times have been a half-hour, then closed at 9 local time. I even tried calling the port center but hung up after a 35-minute wait. I am also having account pin issues since day 1. It's been a somewhat frustrating transition so far.
