I read through some other posts and saw that the best way to leave positive customer service feedback was on these forums, so I decided to post some kudos. Dayla at the Verizon store on Mt Auburn St in Cambridge, MA gave an experience positive enough that I decided to look at her name tag, memorize her name, and look into where we're supposed to give positive feedback. Kinda weird that there's no dedicated form or forum, though.
Also, I think that store's a little understaffed. The help was really thorough, but two of the desks/stations/whatever they are didn't have anyone manning them. There was a pretty long wait because of that.
