"Pending Order" prevents activating Disney Bundle

Every time I go to enroll in the Disney Bundle, it always says "You have a pending order, please check back in 15 minutes to make any modifications". I've gone back multiple times per day and nothing has changed. I've also checked my orders multiple times and there are no pending orders. I can enroll in every add-on except for this one...
