Hi! I had an order for a Google Pixel and it was canceled, but I haven't received the refund for more than a month. I tried to chat with representative online and they told mae to make a phone to the sales department, which I waited for nearly 20 minutes and no one answered. Can anyone help me? Really need that refund.

I have had the same negative experience. I recently returned the Galaxy S8 plus that I paid in full with my credit card at the Verizon Corp Store In Nashua NH. I was within the 14 days and returned my phone. Matt at the Verizon Store in Nashua processed my transaction for a credit card refund and the refund is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!! I returned the phone - can't get my credit card refunded for the return.
I contacted Verizon Wireless on the phone and spoke with Alexa ID number [Removed] and gave her my Order ID NUMBER - She advised there is nothing she can do go back to the store.
When I went back to the store the Manager Jonathan over at the Daniel Webster Hwy location told me " there is nothing I can do "
So, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the item. Filled out plenty of forms ect.
The WORRY FREE GUARANTEE is [Removed]. Try to get your money back!! I have my bank working very had on this refund for my return and so far NO REFUND.... consumer affairs?
