I completed the online process to request the trade in box online and by calling CS.  Received an email with the submission ID.  No box received.  How do I check status or re-order the box?

Hi, GBenta! I understand you started your trade-in submission, and got your submission ID. However, you never got your shipping materials. I want to help guide you in the right direction. Your shipping materials are sent via mail when you complete your submission. You can check the status of your submission/shipping materials, and even request new shipping materials by using the link here: https://www.verizon.com/od/trade-in/#/ Let us know if you have any additional questions, as we're here to help.
