My son has graduated and has moved to Texas for his job... he wants to set up his own phone service there. He paid $700.00 when we purchased it and now and you are showing that we paid $663. with a balance of $443.00. the total cost of the phone was $1100.00. can you research this because according to my records this phone should be paid off. He wants to keep his phone and have it unlocked so he can get service in Texas.
