It is impossible to speak to a live person or even do a chat on line for billing questions. They charged me twice for international service in November. After speaking to someone who supposedly rectified the problem the incorrect charge is still on my bill to be paid in January.
Today I signed up for an automatic call back and I'm on hold for ten minutes still waiting for a person to speak to.
Verizon is a communication company?
