Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. My husband and I are separating and I want to have my own account and transfer my phone. Do I need to make account first or is it done with transfer? How do I go about doing this?

Hi, jessi81. Getting your own account is a must, and we are here to help. If you are an Account Manager or the Account Owner, you can process the transfer on your own.
