I have been trying to return a tablet that was a "deal" because we bought 3 phones and unlimited service. No mention was made that it was on a 2-year contract with its own phone number and monthly bill. After calling Verizon, I was told to take it back where I bought it, but they refused saying they had a 7-day return policy. When I contacted Verizon via online chat, Adrian advised to take it back to a corporate office. Unfortunately, the closest corporate office says they will not accept it because it's from a 3rd party source. Adrian said he was successful in getting a return label approved, but we're not sure if that means we have to download it somewhere or if it will be mailed to us.
The return policy period is 14 days. Did you purchase the tablet from a corporate store or a third party premium retailer?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
Russell is where you have to return the tablet. Make sure you call and cancel the lines afterwards. ⬅️ Repeat, AFTERwards. Make sure Verizon has the return recorded or the computer will generate an ETF.
