Verizon stop charging late fee's during this time. You should be waiving these late fee's. Its terrible that you are doing this to people...even at this difficult time. Your prices are already high the least you can do is waive your late fee's during this time.
rocco48, we know how severe the COVID-19 issue is. We are always here to support our loyal customers like yourself. Due to COVID-19, Verizon will waive late fees from May 13th through June 30th. We will not terminate a customer service who's been impacted by the events involving the Coronavirus.
