I want to suspend my Verizon phone prepaid service for 28 days while on vacation. But on myVerizon I can only find the option for lost or stolen suspension. Where can I find the vacation suspension? There is a difference between the two according to Verizon's written suspension policy.
It is important that you are able to get a great value from your service, opie2013. For prepaid accounts, the only suspension option is for lost or stolen devices. Since there are no past due balances with Prepaid, you would just need to not make a payment until you are ready to turn your service back on. If you have Autopay enabled, you would want to disable it. Your service would resume when you make a payment, as long as that payment is made within 60 days of your service being active.
