One way to see would be to compare this month's and last month's bills. What has changed? My guess would be the taxes/fees which can change occasionally.

For example, My bill in January was $203.20, my bills Feb thru Apr was $203 and my bill this month is $202.80. The only thing which changed were the taxes/fees.
