My current data usage "meter" on VZW reset to zero in the middle of my billing period. However, I'm still receiving automatic notifications that I've used 50, then 75% of my usage limit. I have 15GB shared limit for all users in our account. We had consumed about half of that around middle of the month, then it reset to zero. Our usage is now back up to about 3GB, and I received a notice that we've used 75% of our total 15GB. I contacted customer service and they have no idea what happened. They "guaranteed" me that any overages would be based on the new actual which is nowhere near 75% of 15GB.
Did anyone else have this experience?
