If I am an active Verizon customer (both Cell phone and home FIOS), then why do my points expire at all? That's pretty lame.
I understand that the "legalities" state that I will know about expirations in advance, the fact that I lost 1300+ points already is even more lame.
I completely agree. Not only do they expire but they cap out. Verizon can afford to not cap the points, and it can afford to let them roll over as long as your in good standing. (Similar to credit card points). It's a skam they use to force us to buy phones or accessories before we actually need to.
PS Verizon doesn't like the correct spelling of Skam. They think it's a bad word.. sure it is. To them. Even though it might be accurate to describe some of their practices.
