4G LTE Extender stuck on 11a of 14

Woke up this morning to 4G LTE Extender stuck on 11a of 14. Rebooted several times with no help. Anyone else??

Same problem. No response from VZW despite 1000s of reports.

There was a post back in 2017 about the same issue. 

Here is their response:

Just spoke with Verizon tech support and they confirmed that this is an outage on their end - and apparently nationwide.  The rep I spoke with noted that it's been going on for several hours now.

Looks like we just have to wait.

im stuck on 11a also called support said 1hr wait time anyone have any fixes? reset modem , reset my extender. bad bad no go.

Same issue -- reset the unit and rebooted my network twice.  Sounds like a software problem on the server??

If you can, use WiFi calling until resolved.

Thank you! I have been trying to figure this out for hours. Verizon Support is worthless, of course they blame Covid19 but it was the same before all this started, thanks again

I have reset ours 2 times today and it is stuck on 11A as well.
