4G Network Extender stuck on 11a of 14, been that way for hours, is there an issue on Verizon's end?

Ive had the same issue since early this morning. Still waiting after 40 minutes to see if it is a Verizon systems issue....

I've had the same issue today. I only purchased it earlier this month. Stuck at the same point as you (11a). Worked fine yesterday.
Can't seem to get any help from VZW with it. It has to be something with them, as I've tried it on two completely separate networks with no luck.

Known issue nationwide affecting 4G Network Extenders with no ETA for resolution. See initial thread from this morning.
If you have access to Advanced Calling on your phone, you might be able to use WiFi calling.

@vzw_customer_support , @robertc_vzw Check your ALERTS. There was a nationwide outage affecting Network Extenders (getting stuck on 11a). It was resolved. Not a customer account issue.
