My 2 month old 4g extender was working great until this morning, too. Now it's stuck in step 11a. Hey Verizon... It would sure be nice to have someone say you're aware of the problem and you're working on it.

As posted by jwtME on another thread: "Software glitch in a new rev this morning. Tech team is aware of problem and trying to solve. Tech Support just catching up about the problem. I was instructed to sit tight and software will catch up - don't pull plug or reset. TS said to expect problem solved today"

I received error 522 eastern standard time also this morning.. Oct 10... Vzw aware,, stated to unplug everything for 5 min and wait four hours or so until fixed... This was at 1pm I was told to wait a little while longer.

Having same problem, spent over an hour on phone trying to fix, stuck on 11a of 14. Apparently they have a system update that's not going through but only found that out on this site:(
