Recently switched from ATT to Verizon. New phones (iPhone 12 and Samsung S20) Learned that I have zero bars and drop calls continuously. This is in Sacrmento where 3 block from here there is solid 5G with 130+ KBPS down. (NO BARS AT MY HOUSE!!!) Called and demanded a network extender FOR FREE. Plugged it in, it worked well for a day or 2. Now I cannot connect any phones to the extender. I logged into the device using the ip address. Changed to admin password and confirmed that it is working perfectly EXCEPT i cannot connect my or my wife's phone to this extender.
Heading back to ATT if this problem isn't solved soon!!!
Please help me!
