Since the manual for the 4G LTE Network Extender is 404, can someone please explain what all the codes in this table mean?
(missing page: https://www.verizon.com/support/lte-network-extender-2020/)
I need to ID these devices and figure out which are mine, and which need to be blocked.
Thank you.

.
Exactly what is the make/model extender you have? Where did you get that link to the manual? Going to www.verizon.com and searching '4g lte network extender' provides links to FAQ's, Quick Start Guide and User Guide which is:
https://scache.vzw.com/content/dam/support/pdf/4G_network_extender_user_manual.pdf
Those 'devices' in the table are Verizon network neighbor cell towers (including close extenders) and not devices connecting to your extender:
Chapter 3 Network Extender Admin Website (Local)
Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender User Guide v1.3 15
©Samsung
The Network Extender Advanced Settings tab allows you to set the device output
power and view neighboring cell towers detected during the boot up scan. This tab
provides information on how the device is positioned with other Network
Extenders in the network as well as Verizon cell sites.

That manual I referenced is the User Guide for the Samsung extender version 1.3 dated June 2016. The User Guide for the extender version 1.7 dated September 2020 has basically the same info. I had this 1.7 User Guide downloaded, not sure from where.
