The coax for the Network Extender product. The cable that came with the device is about 23'.

I pulled the user manual for the network extender. outside of the power cord the only other connection is an Ethernet cable and those are available in many lengths upward of 50'.
am I missing something?

As an example:
You can find various lengths and connectors here. You might have to buy more than one to reach 50 feet.
Keep in mind that the longer the cable the less performance you might notice. Might be easier/less expensive to move the modem and extender.
