I recently was forced by our local independent telephone company to change from a Zyxel modem to a Comtrend NexusLink 3120. Since that change, my signal booster won't achieve the 4 blue lights and therefore, I have been unable to use my cell phone in my home. Does anyone know what I can try to make it work again?

We realize a Network Extender is so very helpful indoors. Have you reached out to your phone company to see if they can help with this situation? We don't have the resources for the device you have.
