I use to be able to manage the access to my network extender through "my plans and services" on my verizon web page.
There is no longer a link.
Do I need to call and relink the extender to my account or something? Nothing changed, extender is working fine, I just can't login to add a number to the whitelist.
Yes, that is where I am going. There is nothing relating to network extender under my "plans and services" drop down, and if I just click on "my plans and services" and it takes me to the generic page, there is nothing on the right (or anywhere on the screen) relating to network extender management.
Edit: Yes it does show me as an account owner.
I dont think anything has changed - but it has been a long time since i've logged into to modify the extender. I got a new phone (turbo) last November, but the # didn't change, and it shows that it is connecting to the extender...
The reason I ask if you are still listed as the account owner is because if you have other lines associated to the account they can be account managers. I've seen on a couple occasions where an account manager updated their device and then suddenly was listed at login as the account owner, bumping the actual owner down to account manager. As an account manager you don't have access to certain account features.

I personally prefer the Chat method; located toward the bottom of the page. They can make sure nothing strange has happened to the account.
Did you get a new phone number with the Turbo? If not then your number is still on the white list.
If its the same number and not connecting to the network extender correctly you may want to ensure the advanced calling is disabled on the device.
I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having with managing your network extender via your My Verizon page. We understand the ease of being able to manage your devices via your My Verizon account. Were you able to contact us or finally gain access to the network extender configuration menu? If not, what type of issues are you having that you are looking to add a device to the whitelist? If the device was previously on the whitelist is should still be listed.

No haven't had a chance to contact support yet. Can't call from work.
A family member that visits often got a new number on verizon. I was trying to login to add them to the whitelist. My phone still shows the little home icon like normal and signal strength is good, so I know it's working, because verizon coverage in my neighborhood is non existent.
