I recently purchased a new Moto G Power and a Verizon 4G Network Extender. All of the cellphones in my house connect to the extender except for the Moto 4 Power. Any suggestions?

I also have a new Moto G Power phone and it will not connect to my 3G Verizon Network Extender. I get the message "Cellular network not available for voice calls."
