I got full bars after NE goes all blue, I do the #48 thing with all phones, right next to NE, and Verizon has added all 4 phone numbers to "white list". The call connects flawlessly,  I hear the called person extremely clear, but they either can't hear me at all, or they say it sounds like a very faint, in discernable robot voice. It hasnt worked since i got it. I just unplug it, cuz, unbelievably,  it is worse with it than without it. Which isn't saying much. Help, anyone with more sense than me, please! :(((
