My Network Extender has stopped working. It fails to link to the network (blinking SYS LED). I followed every step in the FAQs. Is there a number I can call to talk to a human? I've been looking for hours. The last time this happened, the network administrators needed to provision the device to allow it on the network.
The customer service number is posted in the Contact Us link at the top of the website. It is 1-800-922-0204.

You have come to the right place. We want to make sure you have your Network Extender up and running. Is this a 4G Network Extender or a 3G Network Extender? What color is the LED? Is it blinking fast or slow? Are you able to use your internet at home?
