I live remotely, this is a required device, not a luxury upgrade. It was worked well since November for 90 days. Now it does not work. At All. I have tried everything, GPS signal 9, put by a window, reset to factory, rebooted many times, set it up as only device on router, reset, reboot.
Same thing, gets to 11b pretty quick and nothing....
joepostscript7, I know it's vital the Network Extender works by design and that you're able to stay connected when living in a remote area. I appreciate the steps you've taken and what steps you get stuck on as that helps. This is either an issue with the Network Extender authenticating the GPS signal or a configuration issue with the software. To ensure proper support, do you currently have the 4G LTE Network Extender or 4G LTE Network Extender 2? What is the make and model of your phone?
