Network Extender stopped working! All lights are blue! Can anyone help?

Recently the call quality when using my network extender became terrible. It's like it was prior to installing the extender. All of the lights are blue on the hardware and I'm hearing the double beep at the beginning of calls. Is there a fix?

Did you try resetting everything? By that I just mean unplug and boot up in the order of which the network extender suggests. Most likely, modem, router, network extender.

Actually...forget that link for now. I'm reading through it and am confused why it came up under the Samsung network extender and am trying to research it a bit more.
