It's been over 5 days now without reliable service. I've had this network extender for almost 2 years. Power light is blue, wan is blue, sys is blinking red, gps is magenta. I have reset it, rebooted modem, router, changed router, tried external gps antenna. Tried calling verizon for help, get disconnected. I give them my number when we start the call so they can call me back but most of them they don't. They just keep transferring me to other people. They transfer me to Samsung. Samsung transferred me back to Verizon. I just switched from regular monthly billing with Verizon, to prepaid when this happened. Could this have anything to do with my problems? Can anyone help with this problem? VZW support help?
