We have no service in Wexford PA. Our neighbors have no service. Why is that? We have gone backwards with 5G….there is no coverage. Anyway we can convert back to 3G or maybe AT&T or T-Mobile has coverage here?
Hello. We are very sorry to hear about any issues with service that have come up. We certainly want to make sure that any issues are resolved for you and any other Verizon Wireless customers in your area that are also affected by this. When did this first start happening? So that we can see this from your eyes, can you please describe what is happening that tells you that your device(s) do not have service at the moment?
