we switched from att over a year ago and have had nothing but issues with service at our home. we need some sort of booster. service is poor at out home inside and out. we also have a jet pack for our internet use, we can't get dsl or broadband. we at most get 2 bars of service. have bought antennas with no help. please help!!

A network extender isn't a good solution for your signal issues as it needs a landline based Internet service provider to connect the extender to the internet.
You might want to check out the Wilson cellular signal boosters as possible solution. Otherwise switch to a more reliable cellular carrier.

A network extender requires a fast home internet connection to work so one of those sent out isn't going to help.
If Verizon doesn't serve your area well, I would switch. Doesn't matter if you're a new customer or been with the company for 1,000 years. Loyalty to a cell phone company is a silly idea. Go with whoever gets you the service you need.
