I set up the 4g extender with no issues. Everything went right and it took very little time. The problem is that when I return home my phone won’t connect to it. I have to shut off and restart the phone to get it to connect to the extender. My family also has the same issues. We have iPhones ranging form 5ce to 11 how can I resolve this so that it will connect when I arrive home

So long as your devices have HD Voice/Advanced Calling enabled as shown here https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/hd-voice-faqs/#ready, they should automatically connect to the Network Extender whenever in range. Please refer to question 2 under the Setup section shown here: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/4g-lte-network-extender-faqs/. The iPhone 5c is not HD Voice capable. As a result, it may not connect to the Network Extender.
