I have an SLS-BU103 installed. Worked great on my Samsung S10+ and wife's Note 9 for 6 months. About a month ago, calls started to drop after 5 minutes. Verizon customer service was not able to help. I have rebooted, factory reset the extender and changed settings on phone. Wifi calling is disabled. Nothing worked. Internet speed is 500Mb down, 20Mb up. No issues with Internet access dropping.

Have there been any recent changes in your area such as new construction or any recent storms? What color is the LED light on the network extender?
