Samsung Network Extender Install

Got 4 blue lights.  Dialed #48 on my iPhone 6.  Says I'm on the extender.  Dialed #48 from wife's iPhone 6+.  Says "call cannot be completed as dialed".  Restarted her phone.  Same result.

Also, even on my phone, bars did not go up.  I'm within 10 feet of the unit.

Why "cannot be completed as dialed"?

Is advanced calling (enable LTE) on data only or voice and data"? (it needs to be  on data only) also do you know if you set restrictions for the network extender where only phones that are on the list can use the extender?

Thanks.  That fixed that problem.  Still only getting 2 bars out of max 5.
